The Stephan Team started with Walt and Pat Stephan launching Polar Realty in Alaska. Since then, real estate has become deeply embedded in our lives and what we do day in and day out. Continuing to build upon the groundwork that Walt and Pat laid, the team now consists of Gabe Stephan and his wife Carla, their son Roman Stephan, daughter Ellie Wilson and her husband Sean Wilson.
